This wine is our inaugural blend, created from grapes grown on our estate, including Syrah, Sangiovese, and Petite Sirah. It is well-structured, with a balanced combination of alcohol, acidity, and tannins. It has a medium to full body with a ruby color and purple hues. The nose is intense, characterized by notes of red fruits such as blueberries and black plums, as well as spicy and toasted aromas. The wine has been aged for 15 months in oak barrels, which has imbued it with flavors of black pepper, coffee, and vanilla. The acidity from the Sangiovese complements the tannins from the Syrah and Petite Sirah, resulting in a smooth palate with a lingering aftertaste. This versatile wine pairs well with many foods, especially BBK, cured cheeses, and charcuterie. 117 cases produced, ABV 14.5%
