Our Saignée style Rosé made from 85% estate grown Sangiovese grape and 15% estate grown Syrah. Saignée (“sohn-yay”) means “to bleed,” and it also describes a method of rosé winemaking that involves “bleeding” off a portion of red wine juice to make Rosé. Our 2022 Rosé has a beautiful inviting bright rich deep pink color. Aromatic array of strawberry rhubarb, citrus blossom and stone fruits. The palate showcases a sense of opulence and fruit richness that it balanced by its acidity. This is a red wine drinkers rose that has nuances of spice and salinity. 87 cases produced. 14.8% Alcohol.
